Katrina Kufer

Katrina, originally from New Zealand,  spent several years living in Denmark, Germany, and France before settling in Boston, where her husband is pursuing a postdoctoral fellowship with Harvard Medical School. She holds a master’s degree in health sciences and works as a public health researcher. 
At HSSPA, she serves as Events Manager and co-lead of the Coffee and Conversation group. Her first HSSPA party stands out as a a memorable moment, when she realized she had found a welcoming community who were in a position to understand her experience as a new comer to Boston. Now she loves helping to create those same experiences for others. When she’s not working or organizing events, she’s happiest in the kitchen, out on a walk, or enjoying good food and good company.
