Do you want to learn more about this country and its norms of behavior? Please join us for an evening to better understand the American culture. Topics will include:

    Brief Review of American History Points that helped shape American Culture and Values: independence, equality, etc

  • Concept of Time
  • Views on Friendships
  • Appearance & Dress code: Formal vs. Informal Apparel
  • Professionalism and US Corporate Workplace Dynamics: courtesy, privacy, personal space, etc.
  • Communication Type and the Importance of Slang
  • North American Table Manners: utensils, elbows, double-dipping, etc.
