Sunisa Thongkham

Sunisa provides a dynamic and engaging space where spouses, partners of Harvard students, post-docs, visiting fellows and other affiliates can expand their network, share their passion for photography, and deepen their knowledge through collaborative experiences. Sunisa leads the HSSPA – Boston Photography Enthusiasts Group intending to have fun, inspire, and support each other. The focus is on building meaningful relationships, learning from peers and experts, and sharing photographic captures. The group explores the photogenic spots around Boston and makes each meetup an enjoyable and enriching experience.

Originally from Thailand, she lived for over 22 years in Austria before moving to Boston in April 2023 with her husband. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Human Resources Development and has experience in Human Resources Information Systems and AI-Training. 

Sunisa is passionate about traveling and photography, with a keen interest in exploring diverse environments. She loves dogs and enjoys connecting with people from various backgrounds. Her strong organizational skills enable her to manage meetups effectively, while her creative mindset and passion for photography drive the group’s activities. With a positive attitude, she fosters a love for photography and its potential to connect people.

Sunisa’s husband, Eric Moerth, shares her passion for photography and is also an enthusiastic member of the group. He is currently a PostDoc at Harvard Medical School. Together, they enjoy exploring new photographic techniques and locations.
