Do you want to build your confidence as a parent, learn about infant development or simply increase your own wellbeing as a family?  
During the fourth workshop **'Prenatal Lactation Preparation',** perinatal psychologist Carla Perez Martinez will be guiding you through the art of breastfeeding. We suggest that you bring a doll and a small blanket to practice breastfeeding positions.
