#  Cooking and nutrition class

 In this class participants will be able to learn and recognize a good quality chocolate bar and cook along individual chocolate lava cakes. Cooking is highly encouraged and you can do it along with your family members. The host of this class is [Paola Garza](https://harvard.us10.list-manage.com/track/click?u=e56201fb39b5ba79ab684ff96&id=aee4cf42b3&e=40db3dff7f), a HSSPA board member and a dietitian from Mexico.   
  
Please register in advance for [this event](https://harvard.us10.list-manage.com/track/click?u=e56201fb39b5ba79ab684ff96&id=2f1a0c9d11&e=40db3dff7f) through Facebook and after registering for the Zoom meeting, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. The **first 10 participants** that registered will be able to receive a box with some of the recipe ingredients (Boston area) for the class. We hope to see you there!
